Table header doesn't have sufficient contrast in colour scheme 7

In colour scheme 7 of Project Light, the table heading style is as follows:

.campl-theme-7 th { background: #797676; color: #fff; }

This puts a white table header on a fairly light grey background, and it fails contrast checking for accessibility. It has been suggested we change the color from #fff to #444 for contrast compatibility.
