Sprint 2: Build 'Card' component

There is a singular card component. The difference will be in the rendering. Either with or without images.

All cards added will need to have an image uploaded for them to all be rendered as the card with an image. Otherwise they will all get rendered as a text only card. Help text to be determined for this.

Sizes of these will vary depending on how many are added. There must be the minimum of 2 cards, and they will decrease in size up to 4 in a row.

Title is required. Headings and descriptions are optional. No description without a title.
