Update ReadMe to say Profile is provided as-is

With people around the University starting to notice / take an interest in the Profile, we need to update the readme to say the Profile is provided "As is", and that as there is no formal v1.0 of it yet, we may introduce breaking changes into the profile without warning at any point.

Should discuss with Brent if there's any further specific wording needed.
