Define accordion component

As a content editor.
I want to be able to define accordions on pages
so that not all content has to be shown at once (TBC).

As a member of the public,
I want to be able to access information on a page which is not initially visible
so that the page does not have too much info when it loads.

(NB, the above is probably not accurate).

Acceptance Criteria

• The content editor can define the heading
• The content editor can define the content of the accordion
• The content of the accordion is a single text area field
