Remove serviceWorker.ts from the boilerplate.

Remove serviceWorker.ts from the boilerplate.

It appears that the serviceWorker.ts file is not being used in any of UIS's projects, and recently is reporting a vulnerability in a regex. One solution to this could be to remove the entire serviceWorker.ts file.

Acceptance criteria

• serviceWorker.ts is removed from boilerplate.
