Logan can only use a Dockerfile in the current directory called `Dockerfile`

It would be nice to be able to set in the .logan.yaml file the Dockerfile to use to build the image

dockerfile: logan-Dockerfile

This would allow a project to have a project Dockerfile and a different one for logan
