View per group/project CVEs >=7.0 only

Description

Currently the security dashboard view includes every static analysis value deeded mixed together. Whilst all of these static analysis items should be addressed, it would be helpful for teams to be able to somehow view only true vulnerability CVEs over the SMP threshold to prioritise those.

Acceptance criteria

• teams able to quick see SMP compliance breaching entries only
