The first priority in this "migration" work is to get the AW Number generator working in GCP. It's currently being used by WorkTribe (in cam-test2 only we think??).

It's the smallest piece of code that needs to be migrated, so it acts as a good testing ground for migrating the infrastructure over, and getting SMP compliant.
