Update README to reflect reality

Add the following to the README:

1. How to start with a bare machine and get to the point where you are configuring agents.
2. What agent types we have and how to select them.
3. How to edit/access secrets if necessary.
4. The precise version of Ansible we support (ideally with instructions on how to use our shared Docker image to run the ansible.)
