v4 doesn't include v3 changes
Changes introduced in https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/uis/devops/ssgw/deploy/-/issues/35 was merged into v3 but not master, and so v4 is missing the functionality in question.
Agreed to execute the following in the specified order:
- Merge v3 to master
- Merge master to v4
