Update to use 1Password cli v2.0.0

It looks like version 2.0.0 (released 2022-03-10) of the op cli introduces a different command structure: https://developer.1password.com/docs/cli/upgrade/#step-2-update-your-scripts

This module currently uses commands in the old structure, and therefore requires local installations of op not to be the latest version.
