This module requires secret admin IAM access to the meta project

At this moment you can't execute this via logan as you need to execute eval $(op signin <sign_in_address> <email_address> <secret_key>) from outside the container.

As this is normally executed in a bootstrap step in a separate Terraform playbook, the user executing the bootstrap also requires permissions to create the Terraform backend bucket where the state is stored as well as access to it.

We would need to find a different way to execute this via logan.
