Add view-only "share link" button

Sometimes a user wishes to share a link to a given entry with colleagues. Since we have separate edit and view URLs, it is fairly trivial to add a "share read-only link" button to the UI.

We had at least one user ask how they may share/present their work to colleagues and this is an easy way.
