Misleading error message
When the card system cannot find a CRSid for a user the following message is displayed:
The error text should be amended as we are unable to retrospectively link a record from the old card system with a CRSid and the users are being misdirected to the service desk with the implication that a CRSid can be linked to the old record if they contact the service desk.
The error message should state how to find an existing card if they cannot locate it by CRSid. It should not be directing users to the service desk.
