College Staff
I think we need some clarification on how the end dates are managed for College staff. At the moment it seems that when Colleges select 'staff' when the apply for, or renew, accounts in Jackdaw (as opposed to visitor), this does not affect the 'staff' flag in Jackdaw, from which it seem decisions about card expiry dates are now made. Thus Colleges don't seem to be able to set an expiry date commensurate with a permanent contract (ie. longer than 3 years).
