   • Notify the Teams channel about the issue status.

   • Tag for refinement, avoid direct addition to a sprint.

2. Long-Term Solutions:

   • If hotfixed, raise an issue for a stable long-term solution.
   • If self-resolved/not urgent, raise a bug investigation issue.

3. Improvement Actions:

   • Consider issues to improve alerting/documentation/protocols.
