cardclient export-issued-cards - output fields

The command 'cardclient export-issued-cards', which generates an output file of all currently issued cards, seems not to honour the output.fields specified in a config file supplied on the command line. Neither does it seem to use a consistent order for the fields that it provides. Could it please do at least one of those things?
