Allow Lookup credentials to be used so the client can be used outside of the CUDN

Currently the prototype client uses an anonymous Lookup session to query for members, which will only work when run inside the CUDN. We should allow for credentials to be provided via config that are used to authenticate against Lookup before any Lookup methods are used.
