Take credentials passed by WLS and authenticate them with OAuth2

Take a set of credentials passed in WLS and pass them to OAuth2 and have them correctly validated.

For this issue just create a pass or fail

Continue the implementation from https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/uis/devops/raven/ucamwebauth-2-oauth2/-/issues/1 that accepts UCamWebAuth server language (aka WLS) and send this to OAuth2 for authentication and respond back to the client using WLS protocol.
