Alumni unable to change their passwords

I help alumni activate their alumni email accounts, to be able to activate their new accounts they need to reset their Raven password. I have had a lot of emails from alumni saying they are unable to reset their Raven password due to the error above, I am also now unable to produce Raven password tokens. Is there an issue with Raven’s password management?
This is likely due to a difference in the new Raven API or the password client.
