Correct LDAP instructions

https://docs.raven.cam.ac.uk/en/latest/lookup/ says:

The Lookup LDAP personality is only currently available within the CUDN. For Cloud-hosted applications you may need to use a VPN or another LDAP server.

This is no longer true. Add some info on how to talk to LDAP outside the CUDN and links to the relevant Lookup docs.
