Add content to session expiration page

Description

This issue is to add content to the already existing session expiration page, telling the user that their session has expired and that they have to start the flow again.

• Demo this to Jonathan for any critical feedback

  • If there's longer, more involved feedback and design work, create a new ticket to track this.

• Add a button the the page that brings you back to the first page
