Create script to identify usage by institution

As an IT Manager, 
I want to know how much storage my institutional users are using in Google Workspace,
so that I can identify high usage and discuss more appropriate storage solutions with individuals and teams.

Create a script that can produce a list of users and storage use per institution. It should take one or more lookup institution as an input and generate a report which can output:

1. A list of all institutional members and their MyDrive usage
2. A list of all shared drives created by a member of the institution (including cancelled members, which should be indicated as cancelled in the output) and its usage.
3. A list of shared drives where 1 or more members of the institution is a manager.
