Parallelise events update

Creating and updating 3.5k events each term takes a long time (at least 2s response time from Booker API).

Look at ways to parallelise the update process.

Discussed in planning - experiment with https://docs.python.org/3/library/multiprocessing.html and make sure that this gives us a timing improvement, and that the Booker API doesn't die.
