TermTime Room Bookings created in 'pending' status

Despite attempts to use state = 0 when creating and updating room bookings, these room bookings are created with a "pending" status.

Turning on "Auto Approval" for the essm staff user or even auto approval for all staff (in config) makes no difference.

• having these left in this state may be sufficient for warning of conflicts with schedules
• having to manually approve in the portal may be required
• some other config change may be required in TermTime

Needs chasing with TT support.

UPDATE: This appears to be working with httpie (see comment below) - issue now to check that the code is working or is doing something different/wrong in POST and PUT request
