Filter room list to only those with TermTime equipment note

• Add operation to get equipment types from Booker
• Update Booker get_rooms operation
  • Call above operation
  • Find TermTime equipment type and get id
  • Get all rooms (does that already)
  • Filter to rooms that have the id in their equipment list
