TermTime get_roombookings needs filtering to timeframe

Current termtime.op_get_roombookings should

  1. be renamed to op_get_room_bookings (for consistency with Booker operation names)
  2. filter room bookings to just those in termtime.timeframe configuration
  3. have tests
