Add comparison ops for rooms, buildings, etc

Add operation(s) that take the results of the operations for getting termtime and booker rooms, buildings, etc, compare them and create new state, say:

• comparison.rooms.create
• comparison.rooms.update
• comparison.buildings.create
• comparison.buildings.update
• ...
