Correct portfolio names for services which live within teams working across portfolios

There's a couple of services within the guidebook which are within business systems portfolio, but currently show as under the 'generic services' portfolio. This has caused some confusion by those managing and working in the business systems portfolio.

The cause of this issue is the fact that we expect teams to serve a single portfolio, which is not the case for some teams.
