Add guide for "how-to prepare mac os for UIS ansible projects"

Description

Every time there's a need to prepare fresh mac os system for using our "run-ansible-playbook.sh" we face same issues:

• no sha256sum (no coreutils)
• ssh key is not added to ssh agent
