Update page on using release-it for fixes to prior releases

In uis/devops/continuous-delivery/ci-templates#80 (closed) it was noted that hotfix- as a prefix is liable to conflict with other uses and that the prefix should be changed. When uis/devops/continuous-delivery/ci-templates#80 (closed) is closed, update the documentation with the new branch naming.
