Link to Raven documentation is broken

• MS Edge on Windows 10, though it's a broken link - it will be broken in any browser
• I was trying to find documentation for Raven and noticed a link from the devops guidebook
• I clicked on the link.
• I expected to be taken to some Raven documentation as the link explained
• I got a 404 error.

To reproduce:

• Visit the devops guidebook external links page
• Click on the Raven link
• Observe a 404 error.

I don't know what the correct link would be otherwise I would create a merge request.
