PMOS Layout adjustments

• Rename the "Offer College" field to "Accepting College"
• Remove the "Interview College 1" field
• Remove the "Interview College 2" field
• Add a new "Pool Type" field after the "Pooling College" field. The data is sourced from the "poolType" field in the CamSIS feed.
• The "Offer" value of the "Pool Outcome" field should be "Accept" for the summer pool.

Note that these changes should only be made for the Summer Pool - the Winter Pool layout should be unaffected.
