Limit pool drive permission update script GDrive API call batch size to 50

To improve stability of the pool drive permission update script, the batch size should be reduced from 100 to 50 operations per request (which proved to be more stable on pool day).

This issue supports administration#202 (makes the scheduled job more likely to complete successfully).
