Advanced global search

Do we have this feature available to us? - https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/search/advanced_global_search.html - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/556

It would be nice to be able to search through code in a global manner. An example is I was looking if any of the public/internal projects had any examples of using mailhog. Entering it into the search returned nothing and I didn't see a 'code' tab. But after a bit of browsing found an example in the Lecture Preferences web application (https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/uis/devops/lecture-capture/preferences-webapp/blob/master/compose/base.yml)
