## I've set up Two-Factor Authentication on my account but have lost access to my second factor
Open an issue by emailing `gitlab+uis-devops-devhub-docs-1-issue-@developers.cam.ac.uk` and we can reset the two-factor token on your account.
We recommend that you keep a set of recovery codes to allow you access if you lose your second factor. These codes can be generated on the [two-factor authentication preferences page](https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/-/profile/two_factor_auth).
