Enable/Access `log_git_streaming_audit_events` for clone and pull events

My group (Sormanni Group, Department of Chemistry) are interested in accessing clone and pull statistics for our published packages. We have been able to access the logs for the last 30 days, however, we haven't been able to access logs from all-time. I have done some reading on the matter and it appears that gitlab should store these events in the audit logs.

This issue has extensive conversation about this. It appears that they merged in the changes for GL16.4.

Are you able to help us get access to these logs? Do we need to enable anything for our group, or does this need to be done at a system-wide level?
