Issue export - not receiving email
Good morning!
I seem to be having issues exporting issues from a specific project this morning.
I am trying to export all open issues in our Amicus Reporting project (no filters applied): https://gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk/dar/amicus-reporting/-/issues
When I click on the export icon, the Export Issues dialogue opens and once I have clicked on the Export Issues button, the usual ‘Your CSV export has started. It will be emailed to *****@cam.ac.uk when complete.’ message is displayed as expected. The email doesn’t arrive though.
I have been able to successfully export four other projects in this Group this morning, and was able to successfully export the list of open issues last week on 22/11/21 (this is something I do weekly on a Monday). My first request was sent at 7:35. All other project export emails were received almost instantaneously.
There are only 47 open issues to be exported so, it doesn’t seem to be a size issue.
I have checked all email folders (Junk etc) and also if the email is stuck in Quarantine, but can’t find the email.
Other users in our group have also been unable to export the issues from this project.
I wondered if you could help please.
