Create accounts for NVIDIA colleagues helping optimize MetOffice component

Hi, can I ask for David Norton (dnorton@nvidia.com) and Wayne Gaudin (wgaudin@nvidia.com) from NVIDIA to be given Gitlab accounts with us, so we can work together on an internal repository hosted on gitlab.developers.cam.ac.uk

It is a GPU-enabled component within a project with the MetOffice and Cambridge.
