Unable to invite group to project

I am unable to 'Invite group' under the members section of a project. Entering the information and clicking invite gives me a 404 page.

The project is one of my personal ones but I believe this should still be possible. I have access to the group but can't see myself on the members list for it, do I need to be given explicit permissions for this to work?
