500 error when tailing logs.
When running a CI/CD job, I like to tail it to see progress. However this doesn't work - I get an error message pop up - "An error occurred while fetching the job log"
- Chrome on Windows 10 (UAS Managed desktop), and Firefox 68.4.1esr on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Attempting to follow the build log
- Click on the job. from (e.g.) CI/CD->Jobs->Running
- The job log is displayed. I expect this to be updated periodically
- An error banner is displayed "An error occurred while fetching the job log
It may be because the job is large or long running, though it seems like the error occurs on the first attempt at updating the log. Enabling developer tools in the browser shows that there is a HTTP 500 error while attempting to retrieve the following:
Pasting the URL in a browser window does seem to work though.
Download raw log works, as does pressing ^R to reload the page.
