feat(renovate): add all YAML files to gitlabci manager 

The gitlabci manager only looks for files matching the pattern
`*.gitlab-ci.yam?l`. *New* templates in this repo should match those
files but older templates won't.

Take the "scan all the things" approach and configure the gitlabci
manager to scan all `*.yam?l` files.
