Remove workaround due to secret detection generating spurious critial vulnerability reports

This tracks working around an upstream issue and has a due date set approximately 1 month from creation to remove workaround if appropriate.

In !172 (merged), we added a workaround due to a but in GitLab's secret detection image. This issue tracks removing the workaround when a fix is available.
