Generate a map_as_MRmodel strategy

Aspects to bear in mind:

• Definition of biological unit (already sorted part of this with Max, but things like the VRMS or the resolution of the input map are still todo)
• At the moment the strategy will end up with the ensembling, later on we will connect with the MR
