Use PDB/MTZ files in memory instead to write down in the disk at each action
There are many actions involving the Domain Analysis and DREnsembler that still require to have the pdb files written in the disk is this really needed always? It might be faster if we can have them in memory.
Not only PDB but even mtx for example the variance.mtz generated at EWA. All these are accessible through entry from the self.tng.DAGDATABASE
