Fixes for config diff

This is to avoid the need to add a deploy key to the mofed
repository. Even though it is public, you need a recognised SSH key to
clone via SSH.

This is used for the config diff to install the correct version of
kayobe. It can also be useful for manual installation:

cd kayobe-config
python3 -m venv ~/venv-kayobe
source ~/venv-kayobe/bin/activate
pip install -e .
```

Define Nova PCI passthrough devices for Alaska and IRIS-Euclid hosts completely. For AlaSKA GPU nodes, we need to build out the passthrough list as we pass through both GPU cards and SR-IOV Virtual Functions
