We are due to launch the PPR scheme at the start of October 2024, and we do currently have a system in place (accessed via https://ppr-submission.admin.cam.ac.uk).

Alongside this we use the admin console to manage the applications and references (https://hrsystems.admin.cam.ac.uk/referee-admin-portal)

To bring these back ‘live’ for the launch there are a few housekeeping actions that would be required, these are:

• The addition of a 'employment type' field to differentiate between the pathways, with the options being - 'teaching and scholarship' and 'research and teaching'.
• Updating the name of the scheme to 'Academic Career Pathways grade 12'.
  • Both in the text used in the portal and in portal url.
• Testing needed to ensure they are still working as expected.
• Upload of eligible professors into the system + testing.

This milestone is for the start of UAT, prior to the launch on the 8th of October.
