re-work move-machine-to-zpool.sh

Now needs to be: zfs umount - stops jobs being queued zfs send | zfs receive - sends the data zfs destroy - removes the old data zfs mount - enables jobs being queued.

To address issue #2, if the hostname is no longer in dns, target to /zpoolN/attic/$FQDN
